You can now easily create action plans based on the results of the Engagement Survey.
Changes
Previously, managers (Action Plan Managers) had to interpret their department’s survey results themselves and create an action plan accordingly.
From now on, managers (Action Plan Managers) only need to answer a few simple questions, and AI will delve into the issues based on the department’s situation and provide improvement suggestions. This enables the easy creation of effective action plans.
*This feature is only available for departments registered in the Organization Settings.
Along with the release of this feature, we have consolidated functionalities at the top of the Result Screen to help “analyze results and create an action plan”. By following the steps below, you can smoothly formulate an action plan.
- “View your survey summary” (previously displayed as “View Explanation of Results” at the top left)
- The newly released “View improvement suggestions tailored to your workplace and job” feature

This feature is currently in beta and only available in Japanese. In addition, customers who meet any of the following conditions cannot use this feature at this time:
- Use of generative AI is currently disabled
- Direct contract with our overseas subsidiary
- Using question type “For Government Agencies” (Added on 2025/11/21: Release Notes *Japanese only)

Development Background
Until now, even when issues were identified through the survey, many users reported difficulty in creating appropriate action plans and not knowing how to solve organizational issues. This update enables smoother creation of action plans and promotes organizational improvements. We encourage you to make use of it.
