Overview

This feature allows AI to provide improvement ideas by analyzing the department’s situation based on simple questions. This enables you to smoothly create effective action plans. This feature is available only for departmental results.

Procedure

① From the "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Results" screen, select the department you want to review.

② Click "See improvement suggestions tailored to your workplace and job"

③ Select an item and click "Start Analysis."

④ Select up to two issues that may be relevant and click "Next."

⑤ Select possible contributing factors and click "Next."

⑥ Select the recommended action plan and click "Select this action plan"

⑦ Use the AI-suggested action plan as a reference, tailor it to your department, and click "Register."

・This feature is in beta, and some limitations apply.
 We will continue to improve it based on feedback for the official release.
・Only available in Japanese.
・Unavailable for customers who have disabled generative AI.
・Unavailable for customers who have a direct contract with our overseas subsidiaries.
