What should I do if an email from Motivation Cloud Engagement doesn't arrive?

Should email messages such as the examples shown below not arrive, check (1) and (2).

• Corporate Diagnostic Survey Response Request email message
• Focus Survey Response Request email message
• Group under Charge Notification email message

(1) Check your junk email folder
(2) Confirm that the registered email address is correct
