Check Focus Survey results

Check the Results

① Log in

After logging in, the Engagement Survey results for your assigned department will be displayed.

② Click "Improvements"

Switching the tab will display the Focus Survey results.

If you want to check the results of other departments you are in charge of,
click "All Organizations/Attributes" and select the department.

Display Contents of the Results

The Focus Survey results are displayed in graphs for each improvement item.

1. Improvement Item
   Content of the configured improvement item
   
   
2. Initial Score of the Improvement Item
   Score at the time of the Engagement Survey
   
   
3. Score Trend Graph of the Improvement Item
   Transition of the improvement item score during the target period
   Yellow: "Expectation"　Red: "Satisfaction"
   Hovering over the implementation date will display the score and number of respondents at that time.

Download the Improvement Item Status List

A list of registered "Improvement Items" and Focus Survey results will be exported.

① Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Improvements" ▶ "Download"

② Select the file language and click "Download"

• You can choose either Japanese or English for the download file language.
• The “Previous Comparison” shown in the document refers to a comparison between the following scores:
  • If it's the first Focus Survey: the improvement item score from the Engagement Survey
  • If it's the second or later Focus Survey: the score of the improvement item from the most recent Focus Survey

A list of registered "Improvement Items" will be exported
