Check Results
① Log in
When you log in, the Engagement Survey results for the department you are in charge of are displayed.
② Click “Improvement”
When you switch tabs, the Focus Survey results are displayed.
To check results for other departments you are in charge of
Click “All Organizations / Attributes” and select a department.
Result Display Details
Focus Survey results are displayed in graphs for each Improvement Item.
- Improvement Item
The content of the configured Improvement Item
- Initial score of the Improvement Item
The score at the time the Engagement Survey was conducted
- Improvement Item score trend graph
Changes in the Improvement Item score during the target period
Yellow: “Expectation” Red: “Satisfaction.”
Hover over a survey date to view the score and the number of respondents at that time.
For survey rounds with fewer respondents than the survey disclosure threshold, neither scores nor survey dates are displayed in the graph. |
Download the Improvement Item Status List
A list of registered Improvement Items and Focus Survey results can be exported.
① Click “Results / Improvements” ▶ “Improvement” ▶ “Download”
② Select the language for the file to download, and click “Download”
“Change from Previous” in the report compares the following scores.
- For the first Focus Survey: the score of the corresponding Improvement Item from the Engagement Survey results
- For the second and subsequent Focus Surveys: the score of the corresponding Improvement Item from the most recent Focus Survey results
A list of registered Improvement Items is exported
Scores are not displayed in the list for organizations with fewer respondents than the survey disclosure threshold. |
