Download Engagement Survey Results

This article explains the types of data that Action Plan Managers can download for Engagement Survey results and how to download them. The screen used for downloading differs depending on the type of data.

List of Downloadable Data

Data Sheet	A sheet containing scores by item for each department	Method 1
Score Data List	Departments viewable in the Score Data List ・Assigned departments ・Combinations of assigned departments and other attribute items (e.g., assigned department × position) Items that are not configured will not be displayed. Items viewable in the Score Data List ・Survey Date, assigned department name, number of respondents ・Engagement Score, Engagement Rating ・Overall Satisfaction ・Expectation and Satisfaction for the 16 areas ・Expectation and Satisfaction for the 64 items ・Expectation and Satisfaction for items with high variance	Method 2
Survey Summary	A sheet containing an overview of the survey questions and the question items for each category The same "Survey Summary" file can be downloaded from all screens.	Method 1

How to Download

Method 1: Data Sheet / Survey Summary

Select "Results / Improvements" ▶ Select the department for the results you want to download ▶ Click "Download"

Method 2: Score Data List

Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "Download"
