View additional question results.
This article explains how to view the aggregated results of additional questions for assigned departments and how to download response data files.
Overview
In the Engagement Survey, in addition to the standard questions that ask about "Expectation" and "Satisfaction" for each item, there are also additional questions that administrators can configure freely. When the administrator publishes the aggregated results of additional questions, you can view the results of additional questions for your assigned departments.
Types of Data You Can View

*1 Averages are displayed only for questions with the "Single Choice" response format. In addition, prior configuration by the administrator is required for display.
*2 Only additional questions with the Choice format are supported for viewing aggregated results with this feature. Comment questions are not supported.

View Results
View on the Results Screen
Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "View Additional Question Results"
You can view aggregated data such as the number of respondents, response ratios, and averages.
If the number of respondents for the applicable organization or attribute falls below the specified minimum threshold, the results will not be displayed. |

How to Download
①Click "Results / Improvements" ▶ "View Additional Question Results" ▶ "Download"
② Click "Select Format"
You can select the file language and character encoding as needed.
③ Select the target download file and click "Download"
Additional Questions (Choice) Data
Select the file format before downloading.
・Response Ratio: Response ratio data for each choice
・Average: Average score data for each question
