Reset your password

You can have the URL to set your password resent from the Login page.

１. Click on ”Forgot your password？” 

２. Enter your email address ,  and click on ”Send”

A password reset notice will be sent to your registered email address.

３. Click on ”Resetting your password” in the email message

Please set your password with in one hour of receiving this email.

• Email sender：MOTIVATION CLOUD<[e-mail]>

• Subject：Re-issue of password

４. Set a  password  and click "Save"

To enhance security, the following conditions must be met.

• Your password must be 12-72 characters.
• 3 types or more from a mix of letters, upper-case letters ,lower-case letters numbers & symbols（!@#$%^&*）.
• Does not include an e-mail address or simple text strings such as: "12345･･･”, "ABCDE･･･",etc
• A password that has been used once most recently cannot be set.

５.Enter your email address , your password and click on 「Login」

If the login attempts failed 10 times in a row, your account will be locked for 1 minute. Please try again after waiting for about 1 minute when your account is locked.
