2025/6/25 Improvement Activities of Subordinate Departments Are Now Easier to View
You can now check the improvement status of subordinate departments and attribute items on their respective screens for improvement items set at higher-level departments or attribute items.
Changes
Before
The improvement status and Focus Survey results for “Improvement Items” could only be viewed on the screen of the department or attribute item where the item was registered.
After
The improvement status and Focus Survey results for improvement items set in a department or attribute item can now also be viewed on the screens of its subordinate departments or attribute items.
Example: If the improvement item “1. Influence in the Industry” is registered in “Division A,” the results for “1. Influence in the Industry” will also appear on the improvement screens of departments or sections under that division.
Along with this update, we’ve made minor design adjustments to the improvement item detail and list screens so you can clearly identify which organization each improvement item belongs to.
Note: About the display of Focus Survey results
This update will be applied to Focus Surveys that are started after 12:00 p.m. (JST) on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
Background
Until now, to track the improvement status of subordinate departments, it was necessary to register the same improvement item in each subordinate department as in the upper-level department.
With this update, you can more easily monitor the progress of improvement initiatives across the entire organization, enabling smoother and more efficient implementation. We hope you make full use of this enhancement.
