Cannot view the survey results of the departments I am in charge of

Q. "0.0" is displayed even though there are respondents

A. The number of respondents does not meet the minimum required for score disclosure, so the results are not displayed

To prevent the identification of respondents, results are not displayed in the following cases:

  • The number of respondents is 1 or fewer
  • The number of respondents does not meet the minimum disclosure threshold set by your company

The number of respondents required to disclose results in your company can be found by clicking “All Organizations/Attributes” and hovering your cursor over the “?” icon next to “Display only items with scores.”

Q. Results by attribute are partially not displayed

A. The number of respondents for the attribute does not meet the minimum required for score disclosure, so the results are not displayed

When you click the attribute name on the left side of the screen, results by attribute will be displayed. However, items that do not meet the minimum disclosure threshold will not show results.

Example: The number of respondents in the "Sales Department" is 8. When checking the results by "Position," only the 7 "Members" are displayed. The result for the remaining 1 respondent is not shown because it does not meet the disclosure threshold.

Q. I manage multiple departments, but only one department’s results are displayed

A. Click "All Organizations/Attributes" to see the list of departments you can view

If the list of departments shown is incomplete even after clicking "All Organizations/Attributes," uncheck "Show only items that have a score" and see if the department names appear.

  • If department names are displayed:
    • The number of respondents does not meet the disclosure threshold, so results are not displayed
  • If department names are not displayed:
    • You may lack the necessary access permissions. Please contact your company’s administrator.

Q. "There is no data to view." is displayed

A. Please contact your company’s administrator

You may not have the necessary permissions to view the department’s results. Please contact your company’s administrator.
