Register, edit, or delete the improvement items/action plan.
Decide on improvement items and action plans to be implemented by your department and register them in Motivation Cloud Engagement.
When considering improvement items and action plans, you can use the following features
・View your survey summary
This feature allows you to review explanations of the results and improvement points through videos and text based on your department's survey results.
・Propose improvement ideas tailored to your workplace and job.
By answering a few simple questions, AI will analyze the issues based on your department’s situation and suggest relevant improvements.

Register improvement items and action items
1. Click "Results/Improvements" ▶ "Improvements " and select your Group.
2. Click "Add items"
If you do not have authorization to add improvement items, they will not be displayed. Please contact your company representative.
3.Select the desired improvement items by clicking on "Add Improvement Items."
Result-based "Recommended Improvement Items" will also be displayed for your reference.
4. Check "Improvement Item Score" and set "Target Expectation Level" and "Target Satisfaction Level."
The "Improvement Item Score" displays the organizational diagnostic survey result score for that item. It will be displayed when an improvement item is added.
5. Set "Action Plan", "Action Plan Details", and "Deadline."
・"Action Plan" must be 255 characters.
・In "Action Plan Details," enter a description of the specific actions, and the plan for its completion. Maximum characters is 1000.
・Recommended action plan examples are displayed under "Action Plan".
Click "Consult with AI" to ask AI questions regarding the action plan.
6.Click "Register"
Modify/delete improvement items
Registered improvement items can be modified or deleted.
1. Click "Results/Improvements" ▶ "Improvements " and select your Group.
2. Move the cursor to the improvement item to be modified or deleted.

Delete:
4.Click "" confirm the content and click "Delete"
Add an action plan.
1. Click "Results/Improvements" ▶ "Improvements " and select your Group.
・Only the action plan manager of the department in question is authorized to register improvement items/action plans.
・If improvement items are not yet set, action plans cannot be registered.
2. Click "Add actions"
3. Set "Action Plan", "Action Plan Details", and "Deadline."
・"Action Plan" must be 255 characters.
・In "Action Plan Details," enter a description of the specific actions, and the plan for its completion. Maximum characters is 1000.

4. Click "Register"
