• Survey date, responsible department name, number of respondents

• Engagement Score, Engagement Rating

• Overall Satisfaction

• Expectations and Satisfaction for 16 domains

• Expectations and Satisfaction for 64 items

• Expectations and Satisfaction for items with high variability
