How to read the Corporate Diagnostic Survey
After the Engagement Survey has been conducted and the results are reflected, you can check the results of the responsible department. This section explains how to view the results screen for "Organization/Attribute" and how to use the analysis features.
List of All Organizations/Attributes
1. Download
You can download a list of score data for the department in charge.
2. List of Item
・Select the item you want to display, and the results screen for that item will be displayed.
・Depending on the number of respondents, it may not be possible to aggregate the results data.
Results screen
1.Selection of survey date
・Please select the Engagement Survey results you want to view.
The displayed date indicates the survey start date.
・The user name of the action plan manager and the number of respondents will be displayed on the right-hand side of the survey dates.
2.List of Organizational unit
・"All Organizations/Attributes": A list of all viewable results will be displayed.
・"Organizational Unit": A list of the organizational units for the responsible department will be displayed.
・"Attribute": Results that combine the responsible department with attribute items such as position or gender will be displayed.
・"Others": This will appear when there are results that combine other departments or attribute items.
If you do not have view permissions, selecting an item will not allow you to view the results.
When you select an “organizational hierarchy group” of organizational unit, Rating Distribution by the group and a list of groups in that group will be displayed.
The results for the child groups are displayed beneath the parent group, enabling the checking of results for each group hierarchy.
3.Analyze the Results and Create an Action Plan
View the Survey Summary
You can check the responsible department’s survey results, explanatory videos on improvement points, and recommended improvement items and action plans.
This information is not displayed on the results screen for attribute items.

4.Engagement Score, Engagement Rating, Overall Satisfaction
Engagement Score
This is the engagement status of employees, derived from the responses to questions on the basis of social psychology, etc., and expressed as a deviation value.
Engagement Rating
The engagement score is ranked on an 11-point scale from "AAA" to "DD."
The position of the meter needle shown on the screen will change depending on the engagement rating.
Reference
Engagement Trend
・This graph shows the transition of the engagement score and the number of respondents.
・If you check "Number of respondents", the number of respondents will be displayed.
・If you scroll horizontally, you can see all the changes in the past.
5.Overall Satisfaction
・This expresses satisfaction with the company, job, supervisors, and workplace.
・The symbols ⬆⬇ indicate trends compared to the previous results or the overall average.
・"Disparity" refers to the difference between the overall score and each group score. It is displayed on the result screen for each group.
・About the bar graph colors
Red: The highest score among the four items
Blue: The lowest score among the four items
Gray: All others (If all items have the same score, they will be shown in gray)
Changes in overall satisfaction
You can see changes in the score for overall satisfaction over time. If you are authorized to view one survey, you can view the last three results. If you are authorized to view all results, you will be able to see the scores over time for all previous years.
6. Expectations and satisfaction in each of 16 categories
The 4eyes® Windows, a diagram that organizes the 16 categories of Engagement Factor along the two axes of "Expectation" and "Satisfaction," can be checked.
・ Expectation (High) × Satisfaction (High) --- Strength
・ Expectation (High) × Satisfaction (Low) --- Weakness
・ Expectation (Low) × Satisfaction (High) --- Low urgency to respond
・ Expectation (Low) × Satisfaction (Low) --- Low urgency to respond
Click on an item within the 4eyes Window and detailed results for that item will be displayed on the right-hand side.
Click on "◯ Company," "△ Supervisor" or "□ Team" to display the 4eyes Window for each item.
7. Characteristics by item: Weaknesses and Strengths
・These are the strengths and weaknesses of the company, calculated on the basis of results derived from the Expectation and Satisfaction items.
・If you click an item, changes in score of the item will appear.
8. List of scores by item
You can check the scores for expectation and satisfaction for each item.
①Click "▲" or "▼" to sort the items in ascending or descending order.
②Open the pull-down menu to display score differences for each item.
Comparison Between Expectation and Satisfaction
The difference between expectation and satisfaction is displayed.
Comparison With Overall Results
The score difference compared to the overall results is displayed.
Comparison With Previous Results
The difference between the current and previous scores is displayed.
Depending on the settings in Operational Settings, it may not be possible to compare previous scores for each item. In that case, the score will be shown as "‐".
Impact on Engagement Score
You can see a numerical value indicating how much each item affects the engagement score.
The larger the number, the greater the impact that a change in satisfaction for that item will have on the engagement score.
Please use this as a reference when creating improvement items.
Check Detailed Results
The details of the selected item will be displayed when you click on it.
9. Data download
You can download the "data sheets" and the "survey summary" for the group set being viewed.
