How managers can get involved

Managers have a role in improving their own organizations. At Motivation Cloud Engagement, we refer to managers as "action planners."

 

Understand the current situation

After conducting the organizational diagnostic survey, analyze the survey results for your organization and identify the organizational challenges.

Formulate measures

Decide what to focus on from the challenges identified and what improvement actions to take and share them with the members.

 

Promote implementation

Actually implement the action. Conduct focus surveys and monitoring on a regular basis. Reflect on the results and revise the course of the action plan as necessary.
