How to read the easy-to-understand survey
Basic Interpretation Method
Survey results should be analyzed from the overall view to more detailed insights. Please analyze the results on the "Results" screen in the following order:
Overall Engagement Score ▶︎ Overall Satisfaction by Area ▶︎ Characteristics by Area ▶︎ Characteristics by Item
Engagement
Understand the overall condition of the organization. The organizational status is represented by the engagement score.
*The chart is a reference and does not provide a definitive assessment of the organizational status.
Overall Satisfaction
Roughly identify which of the four areas may be problematic. Review from both absolute and relative evaluation perspectives.
Absolute Evaluation:
If satisfaction is 3.0 or higher, there is generally no major dissatisfaction.
Relative Evaluation:
If satisfaction with “Work” is relatively lower than other areas, then “Work” is a relative weakness.
Characteristics by Area
Prioritize the identified issues. Coordinates are displayed for each area.
・INTER LINK: High “expectation” and high “satisfaction” — organizational strength
・ICE BLOCK: High “expectation” and low “satisfaction” — organizational weakness
・IDLE LINK: Low “expectation” and high “satisfaction” — fulfillment
・INK BLOT: Low “expectation” and low “satisfaction” — low concern
Characteristics by Item
Identify the details of the issues. As with “Characteristics by Area,” items with high “expectation” and low “satisfaction” are considered weaknesses.
Improvement
Once you have analyzed potential problem areas, begin preparing for improvement activities.
