Flow from login to registration of improvement items and action plans
Getting Started
This section describes the general process of logging into Motivation Cloud Engagement, checking your organization's results, and registering improvement activities.
1.Logging in from the email notifying you that your account has been issued
After receiving the email that your account has been issued, please set up a log-in password.
After logging in with the password you set-up, you will be able to check the results screen.
Procedure:Set password
①After you receive the email informing you that your account has been issued, set-up a password
②Log in with the password you set-up
③The results screen will be displayed
After logging in, the results screen will be displayed so you can check the results of the group(s) you are in charge of.
If you have only been granted permission to view results, you will see a screen listing the items you can view.
2.Checking the results of the Organizational Diagnostics Survey
Check the results
Clicking on "Results/Improvements" will display a list of groups whose results can be checked. Click the group you wish to check, and the results screen will be displayed.

Downloading data
You can download an overall data sheet and a detailed score data sheet for the group(s) you are responsible for.
The screens for downloading the overall data sheet and the detailed score data are different.
Procedure: Download Corporate Diagnostic Survey results

How to download: Start on the "Results/Improvements" screen ▶ Select the group whose results you want to download ▶ Click on "Download"

3. Registering improvement items and action plans
Decide and register the improvement items and action plans that your department will work on.
View your survey summary
This feature allows you to review explanations of the survey results and identify improvement points for each department on their respective results screens. You can also consult AI via chat for recommended action plans. Please make use of this feature to help interpret your organization's results and develop effective action plans.

4.Entering progress on the action plan
You can enter progress on the action plan.
Employees who can view the group results can check the progress on the action plan and make comments.
