How to determine improvement items and action plans
1.Decide Items for Improvement
We recommend considering improvement items from the following two perspectives.
1. Items with a large difference between expectations and satisfaction
2. Items that are easy to start improving
Characteristics of items displayed as weaknesses
Survey results showing items labeled as weaknesses typically indicate categories with a large difference between expectations and satisfaction. Generally, items related to the company itself tend to be more frequently cited as weaknesses.
However, since items related to the company take time to improve, it is more effective to start with items related to supervisors and team conditions.
When the Engagement Rating is low
For ratings of CCC to DD, incorporate one item from the supervisor or team categories to help build trust with members and make improvement effects easier to feel.

On the Motivation Cloud Engagement screen, you can view recommended improvement items for each department.
Based on the survey results from the responsible department, you can review explanations of the findings and find points to help you identify what should be improved. You can review the content through explanatory videos and text, and consult the AI via chat for recommended action plans.

In such situations, it is important to convey a willingness to improve and create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable speaking frankly.
2.Decide the Action Plan
Determine specific measures. To facilitate implementation, be specific in your goals. Check to see if your goals are specific in terms of the five perspectives listed in the table.

3.Share with members
The method of sharing the information with the members varies depending on the organizational status. If your organization is not in good condition, do not try to proceed by yourself, but obtain the cooperation of a third party such as your immediate superior or the administrative office.
